Due to high demand some products may actually become out of stock. Please be advised that we are continually replenishing our stock inventory and regularly adding new items so it is likely the product in question will be available on the website very soon.

Unfortunately we are unable to offer a ‘request’ service at present. Why do your prices appear to be lower than the jewellery shops I visit on the high street or at other local shopping outlets?

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes you can, however that depends upon the status of your order. You’ll need to use our "Order Tracking" facility in the ‘My Account’ section of our site to check your order status. If your order status is ‘Order Processing’ then you may be able to make the changes you would like. Please refer to the Cancellations section of our Returns Policy for detailed instructions.

Where is my order?

If your order has not been dispatched yet it is because we are waiting for one of your chosen items to be delivered to our dispatch centre by our suppliers. We expect our suppliers to deliver new items to us every week so please be patient as your order will be on its way!

If your order status suggests that your item(s) have been "Dispatched" and you have not received it yet, please check with your neighbours as the delivery company may have left it with them.

If it still has not arrived, please contact the Makoosh Customer Services Team with your Name, Delivery Address and Order Number; and they will investigate for you.

Your Order Number can be found in the Order Confirmation email we sent to your registered email address or by using our "Order Tracking" facility in the ‘My Account’ section of our site.
